Talking about Music

"It's a wonderful class and there's nothing like it in the whole of London!" 

Talking About Music from 1:30pm to 3:00pm on Fridays.

The class is music appreciation with a difference, listening to 4 or 5 pieces a week, which the tutor introduces and then everyone in the group shares their thoughts and reactions. Each term, the group follows various themes and composers and the repetoire of local concerts. Members are encouraged to bring along their own music. 

The sessions are led by a musician and experienced tutor, Frances Barrett 

Although these groups are part of our older people's programme, we welcome people of all ages.

We ask for a contribution of £3 for people 65 and over and £4 for all other participants.
