This class is designed for those who have completed an 8-week Mindfulness course, or have an existing mindfulness meditation practice.
The hour will include with a thirty-minute guided meditation practice, followed by a guided discussion or an exploration of a mindfulness related topic. The hour will end with a short practice in loving-kindness, allowing, self-care etc.
These drop-in classes are offered to support you in keep maintaining your practice and enable you to connect with fellow-travellers on the mindfulness path!
